History of company
August 1979 Phoenix entertainment Tours was established with 50 million yen capital in Awaji-cho,
Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
December 1979 Increase the capital to 60 milion yen.
June 1980 Acquire the license number 559 from Minister of transport registered travel agency
and begin business.
June 1981 Become a full member of the the Japan Assoc. of Travel Agents (JATA).
August 1982 Open the Fukushima office in Hunaba- cho, Fukushima.
November 1983 Increase the capital to 84 million yen.
April 1985 Open Kansai branch in Tanimachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.
February 1990 Increase the capital to 92 million yen.
December 1993

Half capital reduction to 46 million yen and incorporate into the capital reserve.
November 1998 Move the Kansai branch to Uchihonmachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka.
